Our supervising drillers assist with logistics management, capturing all safety compliance data and submitting all required reports in a timely manner.
Management also regularly visits sites to supervise drilling projects and communicate with on-site personnel, allowing us to maintain a proactive and hands-on approach to each contract.

Health, safety and environment policy
At ROCKSTONE DRILLING we implement a comprehensive safety management system to effectively identify and control all hazards in the workplace. Our aim is to protect staff, operations, assets and the environment, whilst improving business performance.
ROCKSTONE DRILLING has an integrated management system covering quality, environment, occupational health and safety. Continuous training at all levels is essential to our commitment to health, safety and environmental protection. We regularly hold safety meetings, briefings and investigate incidents and near misses.
We carry out comprehensive risk assessments and issue method statements for all site activities. All personnel involved are informed of the main characteristics of each activity. All employees have access to the health and safety file kept on site and in the office.

Working meetings
Daily work meetings are essential to ensure workplace safety. Every morning, our teams take a few minutes to review the hazards present on the site and determine the measures to be taken to eliminate or control them.
Everyone present on our sites must attend the daily safety meeting and sign their presence. This ensures that everyone is informed of the risks and precautions to be taken.
Health and Safety Committee
In addition to daily safety meetings, Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings are held several times a year. These meetings provide an opportunity to discuss workplace health and safety, address employee concerns, and propose measures to continually improve our practices.
